Reward Program

Overview 

The Company may offer one or more rewards programs (“Rewards Programs“) under which you may have the opportunity to earn points through www.surveyandoffers.com, which are redeemable for rewards (“Rewards“). Rewards Programs may include additional terms that apply to your participation in activities as a user or partner allowing  you to earn rewards. We may limit, suspend or terminate your reward program account in its sole and absolute discretion, and may void any points, or rewards you may have earned or accumulated in a Rewards Program. We as the Company reserve the complete rights to change, suspend, or terminate all or a portion of our rewards program, including any points you may have accrued. We will generally use reasonable efforts to provide notice to you of any material change to or a suspension or cancellation of a Rewards Program.

Earning Rewards 

Our users and partners can earn great rewards in a Rewards Program by participating in the surveys activities as described by Survey And Offers. Upon completing the surveys and other online activities, you will be awarded the rewards so long as the Company and/or its third-party rewards program affiliates are able to properly validate your participation in the survey.

Redeeming Reward

Rewards may be redeemed in a Rewards Program pursuant to these Terms and any applicable Additional Terms. No credit, reversal, or refund of rewards will be issued for any reason after they have been redeemed; in other words, once you order a Reward, you may not cancel the Reward or return the Reward. We reserve the rights to verify your identity (by requesting photocopy of your driver’s licence or ID card, or other proof as we may require) and eligibility qualifications to our complete satisfaction prior to crediting the rewards or fulfilling any Reward in any Rewards Program, or otherwise providing you with any benefit. 

Rewards Are Nontransferable 

Rewards are non-transferable, may not be sold, and are void if a transfer is attempted. Account are not transferable upon death, as part of a domestic relations matter or otherwise by operation of law. 

Membership Policy

• Users can enrol for the free membership and participate in our online surveys, while for partners, we have a minimal one-time fee of Rs.8500.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• A paid user can cancel their membership with Survey n Offers within the 24 hours of the registration so as to apply for the refund.
• If the paid membership is cancelled WITHIN the 24 hours, then the refund would be credited back to the user’s account within the 7-12 days from the date of the cancellation. 100% of the registration fee is refunded to the user.
• If the paid membership is cancelled AFTER the 24 hours days from the date of the registration, there is no refund.

The client information is collected when:

- a user or our partner visits our website,

- reaches out to any of our online platforms,

- approaches us via telephone, email or fax,

- gets engaged in our services, activities or any other features provided by us,

- fill application forms or survey forms, and

• When non-affiliated or indirect users get engaged in our services, we may collect various sort of personal information like:

- details including but not limited to IP Address, type of device, internet connection, data provider, operating system, and other technical features.

We do not intend to collect any personal information of users below the age of 16 years. However, if any user below the age of 16 visits any of our pages and engages in any activities like survey, form filling, or features then it is the whole-and-sole responsibility of the guardians to inform us about the same and we will arrange to remove the information from the server.

Law enforcement.

The company may require to disclose the user information when and if it is requested by any authorized body like a court, government agency, cyber cell, etc.
